Cooper Joseph Aselage,

Age 10 days, beloved son of Brandon & Katie (Hogan) Aselage, passed away of natural causes early Sunday morning, February 18, 2024, at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.   He was born on February 8, 2024, at Mount Carmel East, also in Columbus, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Cooper is survived by one sister, Cora Aselage (age 2) at their family’s home in Pataskala; grandparents, Kevin & the late Sharon (Good) Hogan of Pickerington, David & Rose Marie (Larger) Aselage of Fort Loramie; aunts & uncles: Kelly & Nic Marullo of Pickerington, Chris Hogan of Pickerington, April & Kevin Brandewie of Fort Loramie, Clinton Aselage of Covington and Holly & Robert Wetzel of Columbus along with several cousins: Savannah, Brooke and Nicholas Marullo, Lucas, Sophia and Camille Brandewie, Chloe and Annabella Aselage and Christopher and Matthew Wetzel.

Private services will be held at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie with Deacon Paul Timmerman presiding.  Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery.  Memorials may be made in memory of Cooper J.
